Westoba Credit Union

4,110 square foot commercial wood frame construction beautifully clad with Manitoba Tyndall stone.

This was a two-phase project. Phase 1 involved moving an existing 2,353 square foot credit union building from the Village of Mariapolis to Swan Lake, a distance of 13.5 miles. The building was placed on a new 4,110 square foot foundation.

In Phase 2, the building was completely gutted, enlarged and re-built with the “trade mark” Westoba tower over the front entrance.
