Victoria Beach Fire Station

LCL Construction was the General Contractor for the New Fire Station located in Victoria Beach, MB.
This project included the construction of a new 7,200 square foot pre-engineered steel building including a 6,000 square foot apparatus bay with 3 drive through bays and an additional 2 bays. The 1,200 square foot, 2nd floor admin and support space includes 2 offices, workshops, mech/elec. rooms, 3 washrooms, Decon room, janitor room, storage room, training room and laundry and cleaning room as well as a coffee bar.
